Robo Construction is committed to our guiding principles which include ensuring that Safety, Health and the Environment ALWAYS come first. We will never compromise on the health and safety of our customers or employees. We will responsibly manage the impact our business has on the environment. We pledge to provide a productive, safe and healthy work environment for our employees, contractors, clients. customers and visitors.

Our commitments are communicated to all employees, contractors and suppliers to include:

• Instill a corporate culture where harm to our staff through work is totally unacceptable

• Be proactive in assessing health, safety and environmental hazards for new business, new and existing work systems, practices and equipment

• Encourage team problem solving at all levels of the organization to implement work practices that continually improve safety, environmental standards and productivity

• Report and investigate incidents and implement systems and practices that prevent reoccurrence

• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards

• Train managers and employees to competently perform work described in safe work procedures

• Provide information to all employees, contractors and customers that inform them of health, safety and environmental issues relevant to Robo operations

• Ensure products are safe and without adverse environmental impact

• ALL Robo staff have a responsibility for implementing this safety and health management system by striving to achieve a zero tolerance towards hazards, incidents and injuries

• We continuously improve safety and health management by setting objectives, plans and performance measures and regularly reviewing progress against targets set

• We involve our staff in safety and health management through training and by contributing in identifying, assessing and controlling hazards

Robo Construction LLC is committed to quality. Our objective is to safely deliver 100 percent complete projects that meet all contract and customer expectations the first time, every time.

Our commitment to quality means:
Every Robo Construction LLC employee is responsible for fully implementing and complying with all provisions of the Robo Construction LLC quality system. Our quality standards meet or exceed all applicable regulations, codes, industry standards, and manufacturer specifications as well as with our customers’ contract and individual requirements. We stand behind our work. We inspect every work task to assure conformance to the project requirements. Should problems be found, they will be corrected. We are always improving. All employees receive regular training to make systematic improvements to remove quality risks and enhance quality performance.
